Happening Now - At Acropolis, we are fully staffed, healthy, and following the CDC guidelines. As a matter of fact, we have hired additional staff to help with demand. We are fully capable to support you from anywhere and have enacted our remote work plan. We have been actively updating our office to accommodate everyone as they slowly return. We have enhanced our cleaning procedures and have multiple no touch hand sanitizer stations available. Our staff does not work if they are sick or exhibiting symptoms. We have installed a temperature-check upon arrival onto our floor. Masks are required while maintaining social distance. This is new for all of us and we appreciate your patience as we all are doing the best we can to stay healthy.

To Our Current Ciients - One of the benefits of being on a Helios managed plan is you are our highest priority and this has never been as important as right now. We are working diligently to get to your support tickets as fast as possible but we are doing it by priority with the tickets impacting multiple people first. As always, if you are having an emergency, the fastest response is to call us at 314.890.2208. For normal support instances follow our normal procedures that have been easiest for you.

Looking for Remote Support but NOT a Current Client? If you find yourself without a plan or a plan that hasn’t been tested for a while, all is not lost. Acropolis has solutions to help get you through these difficult times that give capabilities to access resources remotely. We have off the shelf solutions available to help give limited access to your team and critical staff today. We are giving priority service to our existing managed clients but we will do what we can to help you as time allows. We can be an excellent resource here to help address your short term emergent needs and when time allows, we can help you address long term solutions when the pandemic is over.
